I love what I do!
I've been immersed in the world of design for over two decades. It all began with graphic and web design, which transitioned naturally into Human Centered Design and Research.

the long story
Over the years, I've worked across various settings at agencies and in-house IT, UX and Product Teams across several industries. I have worked with banking institutions, custodial platforms, fleet management companies, insurance providers, and entertainment and gambling firms. My domain spans SaaS web applications, mobile web and native devices. I enjoy solving complex problems, involving loads of data.

My skill set is comprehensive, covering everything from conceptualization and wire-framing to detailed specifications, prototyping, thorough research, and team leadership, training and operations.

Passion for UX and digital products runs deep in my veins. I have a keen ability to empathize with people from different backgrounds and perspectives.
Experience design isn't just a job for me; it's a way of life. I'm constantly seeking ways to simplify interactions, whether it's refining digital interfaces, optimizing everyday gadgets, or even improving the flow of a busy parking lot or coffee shop queue. It's a perpetual quest that fuels both my professional and personal endeavors.
